1. INTRODUCTION

The provision of the Services by ‘Newmarket MyUse’ (hereinafter, ‘the App’) entails the processing of the User's personal data, which will be processed in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy.

2. ENTITIES RESPONSIBLE AND IN CHARGE OF PROCESSING

The party in charge for the processing of personal data is CONTADORES DE AGUA DE ZARAGOZA (hereinafter, ‘CONTAZARA’), with tax identification number A-50096247, with registered office in Zaragoza, Ctr. Castellón, Km 5.500, telephone number 976.50.06.91 and e-mail address czlopd@contazara.es.

3. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

Personal data will be processed within the framework of the Service offered by CONTAZARA for the following purposes:

1. Basic registration information (name, e-mail and password).	To register the User on the App so that he/she can access the Service offered.
2. Basic information for the provision of the Services (address, consumption data and water meter number/identification).	To provide the User with the service offered on the App.
3. App activity information (usage time, frequency, duration, service data)	To carry out statistical and quality studies on the Service.

4. LEGITIMACY

The legal basis for the processing of Users' personal data (1 and 2) is the execution of the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Service, the processing of which is strictly necessary in order to be able to register the User and subsequently be able to use the App and benefit from the Services made available to Users. With respect to the additional purposes (3), the consent given by the User, which may be revoked at any time without affecting the provision of the Service.

5. OBTAINMENT

It is reported that the personal data of each User has been provided by the Service Provider responsible for providing access to the User in each case, with the prior written consent of the User.

6. DATA RETENTION

Users' data will only be retained for as long as is necessary to provide the Service and, subsequently, for the period necessary to cover any possible liabilities or for the formulation, exercise or defence of claims.

However, you may request the deletion of your data, and in the event that legal retention periods are applicable, they will be kept blocked for the period of time established by law.

7. ADDRESSEES

No transfer of personal data to third parties is foreseen, unless required by public bodies or legal obligations.

In order to properly provide the Service, CONTAZARA will have the collaboration of third party service providers (all of which are located in the European Economic Area) who may have access to personal data and who will process the aforementioned data in the name and on behalf of CONTAZARA, as a consequence of their provision of the Service. CONTAZARA undertakes to sign with them the corresponding Data Processor contract in the terms required by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights.

8. RIGHTS

Rights that the User may exercise with respect to the processing of his or her personal data:

Not to be subject to automated individual decisions	Right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated data processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects or significantly affects.
Withdrawal of consent	Right to withdraw consent to processing previously granted.
